Oliver Smith Commercial Real Estate is a regional commercial real estate and development firm with a long-standing presence across East Tennessee. Their work spans property acquisition, development, and leasing, contributing to the growth of both downtown and surrounding markets.
The Beginning
I was brought in to design and build a website that more accurately reflects the scale and professionalism of their work. The previous structure lacked clarity, making it difficult to present properties, projects, and company information in a way that felt cohesive and easy to navigate.
Scope
The approach focused on structure and usability. A clear page hierarchy, simplified navigation, and consistent presentation of properties and projects allow the site to function as a reliable, easy-to-update platform.
Rather than overdesigning the experience, the goal was to create something straightforward and durable, a system that supports ongoing growth without unnecessary complexity.
Results
The new site provides a stable foundation for presenting active listings, development work, and company information in a clear and professional format.
It reflects the scale of the business more accurately while remaining practical for day-to-day use and future updates.
